  • General Terms and Conditions
    ⁃ Standard Check-in is at 2:00pm while Standard Check-out is at 12nn the next day.
    ⁃ Early check-in is not allowed. In case of early arrival at the resort, kindly wait patiently for
    the room to be cleaned and sanitized first.
    ⁃ Late check out or extension will only be allowed as per room availability. Additional charges
    may apply. Kindly confirm with the management for charges and availability.
    ⁃ Security or incidental deposit of PHP 2,000.00 shall be collected upon entry and is
    REFUNDABLE upon check-out.
  • Booking and Reservation Policy
    ⁃ You can conveniently make your bookings online through our website
    (www.olivasresort.com) or you can send us a message on our Facebook page or Instagram.
    ⁃ PENCIL BOOKING is strictly prohibited since bookings made through our website and
    manual bookings are automatically fed in to our system.
    ⁃ Once payment has been made, wait for the booking confirmation and present it upon arrival
    at the resort.
  • Payment Policy
    ⁃ We require 50% downpayment to secure your reservation.
    ⁃ You will be directed to payment once you book through our website.
    ⁃ For manual booking through our social media accounts, you will be sent payment options
    (GCASH/BDO) where you can send your deposit.
    ⁃ Send us a copy of your receipt or screenshot of your transaction to confirm that we have
    already received your payment.
    ⁃ Remaining balance shall be paid before or upon check-in. This may be sent through our
    payment channels or through the counter.
  • Cancellation and Refund Policy
    ⁃ Securing a reservation with a deposit means you accept the conditions of our Cancellation
    Policy.
    ⁃ Downpayment is NON-REFUNDABLE once booking is confirmed.
    ⁃ Booking amendment shall only be allowed ONCE.
    ⁃ Any booking amendment should be made no less than ten (10) days prior to your intended
    stay dates and changes are subject to availability. 30% penalty of the total amount will be
    charged if advised otherwise.
    ⁃ There are no refunds in case of bad weather condition, tropical storms or typhoons. The
    resort shall only allow rebooking once announced Signal No. 2 in the area.
  • Room Policy
    ⁃ All amenities inside the villa or cabin are in good working condition. Any damage to the
    property or loss shall be deducted to your incidental deposit.
    ⁃ The Management is not liable for any damages or loss of any personal belongings left
    unattended in the Villa premises.
    ⁃ The Management will not be held responsible for any accident, injuries or any unforeseen
    events within the property.
  • Pool Rules
    ⁃ All guests has access to the common pool.
    ⁃ Common pool is open from 9am-9pm only.
    ⁃ Eating, drinking and littering in the pool area are strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible
    for any dirt or litter found on the common pool and private pools.
    ⁃ Jumping and diving are strictly prohibited on the common pool and private pools of each
    accommodation to avoid accidents and injuries.
    ⁃ No pushing or rough play; floor is slippery around the pool area.
    ⁃ Make sure to watch your children when swimming in the pool.
  • Visitors and Outside Guests
    ⁃ Outside guests are allowed only until 9pm.
    ⁃ Drunk and disorderly behavior will not be tolerated.
    ⁃ Gates close at exactly 9pm. For visitors who will stay late, kindly inform the management
    beforehand.

     

    Failure to comply with the rules of the property and the terms and conditions will be
    considered a breach of contract. The guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for
    the actions and safety of every person in their group.
